At PixelForge, we take pride in the quality and precision of our 3D-printed creations and tech essentials. Because many of our products are made to order or crafted with specific technical care, we have established the following return and refund guidelines.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
All custom orders are final sale. As these items are designed and manufactured specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun. Please double-check all details and specifications before finalizing your custom order.
2. Keychains & Figurines (Ready-to-Ship)
We inspect every item before it leaves our workshop. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, we are happy to assist.

Conditions: Returns for keychains and figurines are accepted only if the item arrives damaged.

Reporting: Please report the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Note: We cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or aesthetic preferences.
3. Gaming & Desk Lamps
We stand by the functionality of our electronic products.

Condition: Lamps are eligible for return or exchange if they arrive with a technical malfunction or stop working correctly within 7 days of delivery.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper usage, water, or physical accidents after the product is in your possession.
How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:
